We badasses get through winter by being badass.

St. Louis isn’t the winter wonderland it used to be, but we still get the few weeks of slushy crap around Jan-Feb. This winter has been really mild. Eh.

Winter is a great time to go out! All the sissies are at home actually thinking they WANT to live in Florida. All the attractions that are crowded in the summer are waiting; bar patio areas remain open and are a great place to be without being shoulder to shoulder.

I’m the same way. Though I’ve gone paleo, I still have it from time to time (like the time of the month when the family reaches the “fill her with chocolate so she’ll stop yelling at us” stage).

Oh wow.. that sounds very good.. I really do miss sugar. I don’t know about these people who say they have lost their taste for it… I have not.. mind you it makes me feel awful.. but I still yearn for it!

I remember seeing this a while back; one of my favorites. It’s true though. Technology is so awesome we all take it for granted. We just assume things will get better forever. I wonder what will happen when we start running out of resources; when we’ll be mining our landfills of metals and methane.
