Smyrna Dunes Park is located in the northern peninsula of New Smyrna Beach. It isn’t advertised and the only way we knew about it was from a pamphlet Paul picked up at the Welcome Center. At $5/car, it is an inexpensive way to explore the area. It has about 2 miles of boardwalk dotted with observation towers that offer spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Indian River and Ponce Inlet.
